Grenora may collect two (2) types of data about you: Personal and Non-Personal.
Personal Data refers to data that lets Grenora know the specifics of who you are and which may be used to identify, contact or locate you (e.g. name, age, gender, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address). Grenora may collect Personal Data when you use Grenora including, without limitation, setting up account data, making bookings of hotels, filling out surveys, corresponding with Grenora, or otherwise volunteering data about yourself.
Non-Personal Data refers to data that, by itself, does not identify you as a specific individual (e.g. demographic data or website visitations). Grenora may collect Non-Personal Data through any of the methods discussed above as well as automatically through use of industry standard technologies described further below.
Subject to clause 7, which provides additional rights to European Residents, the Personal Data practices set forth apply to all Grenora customers worldwide.
Prior to using one or more of the Grenora services, Grenora may require certain Personal Data and Non-Personal Data to create an individual account (“Account”) or to enable features or functionality of Grenora. Failure to provide all required data may prevent access to any or all Grenora services.
While you are able to visit Grenora and remain anonymous, Grenora or its third-party service providers may still collect Non-Personal Data about your use of Grenora (e.g. browser type, operating system, IP address, and connection speed).

Grenora is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites linked through its platform.
EU residents have rights including access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection. Requests may be submitted to info@grenora.in.
Grenora may update this Privacy Policy from time to time without reducing the level of data protection.
Grenora does not knowingly collect data from minors. Parents may request deletion of a minor’s data via info@grenora.in.
